This 3 day course is intended to take the user to a level of proficiency that will allow them to prepare and set manual lathes for turning operations. Delegates will also be able to manufacture components using manual lathes. This course is one of the units from the performing engineering operations qualification. This course is suitable for new users or experienced users who are looking for a formal qualification / upskilling to develop their skills in preparing and using lathes.

This course includes a variety of Hand Tools including Screwdrivers, Hammers, Pliers, Utility Knife / Stanley Knives, Spanners / Wrenches, Allen Keys, Pry Bars and Hand Saws.
